What is stress?

Stress is a condition of the emotions.

The word stress is often incorrectly used to mean life or work pressure.

Pressure and stress are not the same. Stress is the physical state created when work and/or life pressure conspires to activate the fear response.

The physical and mental manifestations of stress are similar to those of anxiety but are sourced in an identifiable catalyst (Work, divorce, money worries etc.)

Stress can be eliminated quickly and naturally when you address the root cause directly. But the cause is not the life pressures that activated it, it is much deeper than that and lies in a person's predisposition to suffering.
